Lancaster City is the heart and soul of the County. High Foundation provides funding to create a vibrant, thriving City. We invest, too, in Lancaster County and other communities in which the High companies provide economic investment and employment.

In building the Bridge to Opportunity, initiating City revitalization at the grassroots level is key. This means investing in initiatives that support healthy neighborhoods and forging deep and enduring partnerships with like-minded local organizations.

Lancaster County Community Foundation manages more than $115 million in community assets that benefit our community. Each year, the Community Foundation impacts the quality of life in Lancaster County by improving our health, education, youth programs, environment, neighborhoods, and access to arts and culture as well as the creator and host of the Extraordinary Give.

Since 2012, ExtraGive has supported more than 500 local organizations and raised more than $82 million for our community. Most importantly, it has inspired more than 40,000 individuals to engage in supporting a cause they care about.

As a Presenting Sponsor, High Foundation is contributing $100,000 or more to the Extraordinary Give. ASSETS creates economic opportunity and cultivates entrepreneurial leadership to alleviate poverty and build vibrant, sustainable communities through a variety of services that help local entrepreneurs and business owners build a more ethical, equitable, and prosperous local economy.

High Foundation support helps ASSETS provide targeted training and consulting services to a diversity of entrepreneurs and business owners, many of whom would otherwise be unable to access these services. High Foundation is a supporter of the community initiative In Good Company led in part by ASSETS.
